Torah/Bible-guided democracy: Israel is losing it while America is restoring it, and this publication explains why it is so.
Democracy is a system of government which lets the people elect the leaders that will legislate along the lines of the people’s traditional morality – the government that legislatively supports what is morally GOOD and legislatively suppresses what is morally BAD.
The Nazi Germany had a democratically elected Hitler-led government because the Germans liked the strong leader and disliked the diversity.
The Soviet Russia had a democratically elected Stalin-led government (the non-falsified elections would reduce the YES from 99.99% to maybe 90%) because the people of Soviet Russia understood that in the multi-ethnic very diverse Soviet empire the even slightly weak government will bring the unrest.
It looks like, a situation identical to that was in the former Soviet Union exists in the modern China.
The USA and Israel were established on the Torah/Bible-guided democracy. That meant that Israel’s democratically elected government should legislate along the lines of the morality of Judaism (not along the lines of the dogmas of any Jewish religious denomination), and the USA democratically elected government should legislate along the lines of the Judeo-Christian morality (not along the lines of the dogmas of any Christian religious denomination).
The historically recent immigrants of non-Judeo-Christian morality to America (many from Asia and Africa) and to Israel (many from Russia) drastically affected this Torah/Bible-guided democracy in both countries. These immigrants confronted the traditional electoral communities thus creating the state of cold civil wars in both countries.
The elected government institutions were unable to govern effectively, and the non-democratically elected Judges took upon themselves the function of legislating – that is the deciding by themselves what is GOOD and BAD for the entire country thus neglecting the will of the majority.
However, in America and Israel the confrontation between the forces of Judeo-Christian morality and the forces of non-Judeo-Christian morality plays differently.
In the USA the forces of Judeo-Christian morality have begun winning – because of the efforts of President Donald Trump and his capable administration that awakened the forces of tradition and restrained the judicial activism.
In Israel, the forces of Jewish morality are losing – despite the efforts of Prime-Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his coalition. Why? Just a guess: because the Israelis are accustomed to the rulings of the non-elected Chief Rabbinate, they are taking the rulings of the non-elected judges as something “normal.”
